Legislation - Procedures for Amendment
Legislation can be adopted, amended, or repealed by and only by action at a Representative Assembly or Division meeting, the call to which was distributed at least five days of instruction prior to the meeting and in accordance with the provisions of Bylaws 60, 82(G), and 95. A two‑thirds majority of voting members present at a meeting is necessary and sufficient to adopt, amend, or repeal a Bylaw. A simple majority is necessary and sufficient to adopt, amend, or repeal a Regulation.
