Revisions to the following APM sections and Systemwide Bylaw have been distributed for systemwide review: Academic Personnel Manual (APM) section 015, The Faculty Code of Conduct; APM section 016, the University Policy on the Conduct and the Administration of Discipline; and, UC Systemwide Senate Bylaw 336, Privilege and Tenure: Divisional Committees-Disciplinary Cases.
