Catalog copy can be submitted to the Senate at anytime during the academic year. If there are any changes to curriculum (e.g. adding/removing course options, deleting a requirement, etc.) a curricular proposal is required.

Undergraduate Instructional Apprenticeships (UGIAs)
Submit all UGIA applications through the Academic Student Employment System (ASES). Any UGIA application that does not conform to SD Regulation 525 must be explained and justified in a memo to the Undergraduate Council.
